Please note this policy is not applicable for bespoke, made-to-order or customised items which are non-returnable.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the goods unused within 14 days from the day after receipt. The item(s) should be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
Please note, should you wish to return your item, the initial taxes or duties and shipment cost will not be reimbursed. The item must be insured and returned on a recorded delivery service.
Should this not be the case, you will be fully liable for any damages that occur during transit or if the order is lost. If the item is not returned in the outlined return condition we will rearrange delivery to you at your cost.
Once we receive the item back, an inspection will take place. We reserve the right to refuse a refund should the item not be in the outlined return condition. If the return condition is approved, we will process your refund less any reasonable costs incurred by us in relation to the return. We may also charge a restocking fee depending on the item.
